What we don't do

This site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and stores nothing that identifies you. It tells us how many people visited and which page they came from, and that is all. Our own pages carry no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We don't profile you, we don't build an audience from your visit, and we don't sell or share anything about you. The one exception is the live previews of sites we built, described below.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no third party learns you were here by loading them.

When you send us a message

The form on the pricing page asks for:

• your name and email address;
• optionally, what you're after and a budget range;
• and what you're trying to fix, in your own words.

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about the work. It is delivered to our inbox as an email through an email delivery provider (Resend), which processes the message only to send it. It is not added to a marketing list and you will not get an automated sequence.

The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in. It exists only to catch spam bots and holds nothing about you.

If you email us directly at office@urru.ai instead, the same applies.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and while we need it for our own records of a project we took on. If you want yours deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

The live previews on the pricing page

The work section shows four sites we built as live, scrollable previews: fixedyourproblems.com, ieeparefundpartners.com, bilaver.is and erchelper.com. Each one loads directly from that site, and only once you scroll to it. While a preview is on screen, that site is running in your browser and may set its own cookies or record the visit under its own privacy policy, not this one. Until it loads, what you see is a plain screenshot served from this domain.

The 3D studio

The 3D room on the home page stores one setting in your browser: whether you left the ambient sound on. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing else is stored.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request, including your IP address, to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email office@urru.ai and we will handle it. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
