What we don't do

This site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and stores nothing that identifies you. It tells us how many people visited and which page they came from, and that is all. Our own pages carry no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not sell your personal information or use your visit to build an advertising audience. Service providers process information to host the site and handle enquiries, as described below. External sites also receive requests if you choose to load a live preview.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no third party learns you were here by loading them.

Language preference

Without a saved language choice, visitors from Iceland see Icelandic by default and visitors elsewhere see English. We use the country information Cloudflare already provides with a request, inferred from the IP address. This does not use GPS or add another third-party service.

When you choose English or Icelandic with the language switch, we store your choice in one cookie named urru_lang. It contains only en or is, lasts up to one year and is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it. Your choice overrides the country-based default. You can change it with the switch or remove the cookie in your browser settings.

When you send us a message

The contact form asks for:

• your name and email address;
• optionally, what you're after and a budget range;
• and what you're trying to fix, in your own words.

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about the work. It is delivered to our inbox as an email through an email delivery provider (Resend), which processes the message for delivery and related service operations. It is not added to a marketing list and you will not get an automated sequence.

The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in. It exists only to catch spam bots and holds nothing about you.

If you email us directly at office@urru.ai instead, the same applies.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and while we need it for our own records of a project we took on. Email us to request deletion. We will remove records that are no longer needed; some project records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Live website previews

The IEEPA hero preview also starts as a screenshot. Choose Play live preview to load its animation, or Pause live preview to stop it. It unloads when you switch projects, scroll it out of view or hide the page. The same external-site privacy considerations apply.

The work section shows four sites we built as live, scrollable previews: fixedyourproblems.com, ieeparefundpartners.com, bilaver.is and erchelper.com. Each preview starts as a screenshot served from this domain. The external site loads only when you choose Load live preview. It then receives your browser request and may run scripts, set cookies or record the visit under its own privacy policy. You can keep viewing the screenshot or use the site link instead. Choose Close live preview to stop the embedded page; this does not erase cookies it has already set. Those can be removed using your browser’s site-data controls. Loading a preview is not consent to every tracking purpose on that external site.

The 3D studio

The 3D room at Explore the room stores one audio setting in your browser: whether you left the ambient sound on. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Opening the YouTube window inside the computer loads a player from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube receives that request and processes playback under its own privacy policy. The player does not load with the room itself. Closing the window stops the embed; it does not clear any data already stored by YouTube.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request, including your IP address, to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email office@urru.ai and we will handle it. You can also ask about restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You can complain to Persónuvernd in Iceland or your relevant data-protection authority.
